What we collect
- Account data: email address, password (stored only as a hash), and your name if you provided one.
- Your content: your requests, model responses, uploaded files and images, chat and project names.
- Billing data: top-up amounts, payment statuses, token usage and charges. Card and wallet details never reach us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and request times in web server logs — for security and troubleshooting.
We do not ask for ID documents, phone numbers, addresses or any other data the service can work without.
Why we use it
- To give you access to the models, keep your chat history and bill you correctly.
- To verify your email, reset your password and send service notifications.
- To protect the service: detect abuse, fraud and technical failures.
- To comply with the law when we receive a lawful request.
We do not send marketing emails without your consent and do not profile you for advertising.
Legal basis
Data is processed in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of July 27, 2006, on the basis of performing our agreement with you (the Terms of Service), the consent you give when signing up, and the Administration’s legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
Who we share data with
- Model developers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI and others) — the text of your request and attached files. Only the request content is shared, without your email or account data. Further processing is governed by their own policies.
- Payment providers — the amount and invoice ID needed to process the payment.
- Email provider — the recipient address and the text of the service email.
- Hosting provider — to the extent needed to host our servers.
- Yandex.Metrica web analytics — anonymized information about site visits: pages viewed, referral source, device and browser type. The content of your chats is never sent to Metrica. Processing is governed by Yandex’s privacy policy.
We do not sell data or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Cross-border transfer
The models run on servers outside the Russian Federation, so the content of your requests is transferred abroad — this is an inherent part of the service, and by sending a request you consent to this transfer. Do not send other people’s personal data, trade secrets, passwords or payment details in the chat.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, chats, messages and files are deleted. Payment records are kept longer — for the periods required by law for financial records. Web server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Cookies
We use essential cookies — they keep your session and interface settings. Disabling essential cookies makes signing in impossible.
Yandex.Metrica is used for traffic statistics on the site’s public pages — it sets its own cookies (starting with “_ym_”) and collects anonymized visit data. There are no advertising cookies or ad network trackers on the site.
Your rights
- Find out what data of yours is being processed.
- Correct inaccurate data — some of it can be edited right in your account.
- Delete individual chats and files, or your whole account.
- Withdraw your consent to processing — this means deleting your account, since the service cannot work without data.
Send your request from the email address on your account to support@neironki.com. We reply within 30 days.
Security
Connections are protected with HTTPS, passwords are stored as irreversible hashes, and database access is restricted and logged. Nobody can guarantee complete security of data sent over the internet — please use a strong, unique password.
Changes and contact
The current version of this policy is always published on this page; the revision date is shown at the top. We will notify you of material changes by email or a notification in your account. Questions about data processing — support@neironki.com or the ticket system in your account. If the English and Russian versions differ, the Russian version prevails.
