Definitions
Service — the neironki.com website and its user account area. Administration — the owner of the Service. User — a person who has registered an account. Models — neural networks by third-party developers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI and others) that the Service provides access to. Balance — the prepaid amount in US dollars on the User’s account.
Subject
The Service provides technical access to Models through a single interface: sending requests, receiving responses, storing conversation history and tracking spending. The Service is an intermediary — it does not develop or own the Models and has no control over the content of their responses.
The list of available Models, their capabilities and prices are shown in the Service catalog and may change when the Model developers change their terms.
Account
- You need an account to use the Service: an email address and a password. The email must be verified.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all actions taken under your account.
- One User — one account. Sharing access with third parties or reselling access is prohibited.
- The Service is not intended for persons under 18.
Payments and balance
- Catalog prices and the Balance are in US dollars.
- Payment is made in advance. When you pay with cryptocurrency or Telegram Stars, the dollar amount stated in the invoice is credited. When you pay via the Russian Faster Payments System (SBP), the ruble amount is calculated at the daily rate and shown before you proceed to payment. There are no subscription or recurring fees.
- Charges are based on actual usage: the tokens actually processed in the request and the response, or the generated image, at the catalog prices in effect at the time of the request.
- The Balance does not expire.
- Top-ups are processed by third-party payment providers. Fees and crediting times are set by the payment provider; the Service does not store card or wallet details.
- The free daily token allowance is a promotional option, not an obligation. Its size may change, and the allowance may be suspended, including when abuse is suspected.
Refunds
A service is considered rendered at the moment a Model’s response is received. Amounts paid for services already rendered are non-refundable — consumed tokens and generated images cannot be refunded.
A refund of the unused Balance is not an unconditional right of the User: each request is reviewed individually. Send your request to support@neironki.com or through the ticket system in your account; it will be reviewed within 10 business days.
If a refund is approved, the funds are transferred within 10 business days of approval — only to the same payment details the payment came from, and only where technically possible. The payment provider’s transfer and refund fees are deducted from the refund amount. Where a refund to the original payment details is technically impossible (a closed account, an unavailable payment method, payment provider restrictions), the Administration may decline the refund or agree on another option at its discretion.
No refund is made if the account was blocked for violating section 6, or if the top-up was made from someone else’s payment details.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- create or distribute illegal content: extremist or terrorist material, sexualized depictions of minors, instructions for making weapons, drugs or malware;
- violate the rights of others, defame, harass, deceive or run fraudulent schemes;
- circumvent the restrictions and policies of Model developers;
- generate automated bulk load, scrape the interface, resell access or give third parties access to your account;
- attempt to disrupt the Service or gain unauthorized access to other people’s data or infrastructure.
In case of a violation, the Administration may restrict or block the account without notice. Model responses may be refused or limited by their developers — this is not a failure of the Service to perform its obligations.
Content and responsibility for results
- The User is responsible for the content of requests and uploaded files.
- The Administration claims no rights to the User’s requests or the results they receive. Rights to generated results are governed by the Model developers’ terms and applicable law.
- Model responses may contain inaccurate or fabricated information. They are not legal, medical, tax or financial advice. Verify important facts before relying on them.
The Service is provided “as is”
The Service is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, availability of any particular Model, speed, or fitness of results for a particular purpose. It depends on third-party APIs, payment providers and network connectivity; technical interruptions and outages are possible.
The Administration’s liability is limited to the User’s unused Balance. Indirect damages, lost profits and losses from decisions made on the basis of Model responses are not compensated. These limitations apply to the extent permitted by law.
Changes and termination
The Administration may change these terms, the prices and the set of Models. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page; continuing to use the Service means you accept it. Material changes are also announced by email or a notification in your account.
The User may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting the account. The Administration may stop providing the Service in case of a violation of the rules or if the Service shuts down — with the remaining Balance handled under section 5.
Contact and disputes
Requests are accepted at support@neironki.com and through the ticket system in your account. We reply within 10 business days.
Before going to court, the parties follow a pre-trial claim procedure: a written claim is answered within 30 calendar days. These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. If the English and Russian versions differ, the Russian version prevails.
